At Upstore, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
* Products can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
* The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
* Items that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Refunds
* Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
* For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or as specified on the product page.
